DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

BY LAYY NICOLE accepts all major payment types. For CashApp or Zelle Options, please select the option at checkout and following the instructions to confirm your booking. A 50% deposit is available for orders over $400, with the balance due before final files are delivered. Orders below $400 will require to be paid in full upfront. Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Clients with unpaid balances will not receive their final files until the remaining amount is paid in full.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times for each service is located in the service description. Turnaround times are calculated in business days. This means, weekends and holidays are excluded. Rush option is available to add to your order for an additional fee. However, you cannot add the rush option to any web developments and branding packages, please book accordingly. If you add the rush option to an ineligible service, you will be refunded. 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds are not available due to the time and effort invested in custom designs. Buyers remorse or wanting to work with another graphic designer is not suitable reason for a refund. If you would like to cancel your project, please notify us immediately. No refund will be provided for canceled projects. To rebook, full payment will be required again. 

Once a project has been approved and delivered to the client, the design process will then come to an end. Any changes wanting to be made beyond this point will result in a reopening fee. Any significant changes require a new service to be book. 

COMMUNICATION & CONSULTATIONS

Timely communication is very important for project success. We do understand that life happens, we ask that you do communicate with us if there is any delays or mishaps. All calls will be conducted via Zoom or Phone call. Please book a consultation. 

Clear and responsive communication is essential to avoid delays. If there is no communication within 7 business days, the project will be placed on hold, and a reopen fee will apply to resume the project. Projects on hold for 14+ days will be cancelled. Your payment will not be refunded as it is an inconvenience to the designer. 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITES

Projects will begin once the new client form has been submitted and all required materials has been submitted.
